Error iniciando servicio

Cordial Saludo, No puedo crear un nuevo proyecto en mi equipo (Windows 7 Professional). Al revisar el servicio Bizagi Standard Server Operations Service, encuentro que no se deja activar. El mensaje encontrado en el registro de eventos es el siguiente: No se puede iniciar el servicio.
